Built by the French manufacture Jeanneau in 1990, Mischief II is a 41″ sloop sailing yacht made from fibreglass with a fully-fitted wooden interior. She is of the generation when yachts were made to be solid, safe and to retain the feel of limitless adventures.
Mischief II is rigged with full furling mainsail & genoa, making sail management safe and easy. Complemented with probably the liveliest coloured spinnaker ever seen keeping her on the move in light winds.
At 41ft (12.50m) long with a wide beam, she comfortably sleeps six people in three double cabins, leaving galley and salon space free to be enjoyed. A fully-fitted kitchen and oversized fridge capacity means that life at sea is not going to be left wanting. Should the wind fail us, or we need to make that sunset anchorage, we can rely on a powerful diesel engine to get us there.
Extensive upgrades to electronic, navigation and safety features onboard mean the yacht can go anywhere in comfort, even when the weather gets lively. Should you want to leave the sundrenched deck cushions for the cabin, we are running inverted mains power and onboard entertainment below (we can get most things running).
Life at anchor is much nicer than in a crowded port, Mischief II has a 3m tender to quickly get us ashore and a kayak for more sedate and peaceful exploration. Snorkelling gear, fishing equipment and a mast-head rope swing will keep the most adventurous busy or you can just laze in the sun with a book and watch the world go by under sail.
